We bought a new house and wanted something personal and meaningful.  We discussed our vision with Laura and were shown various designs to select from.  From initial concept we felt well looked after and impressed by the level of detail taken; Laura went to great lengths to match the colours to our surroundings and made suggestions about size, types of wool etc which enhanced the final result.
